Mariah was absolutely phenomenal in the Daydream era. She makes that song sound effortless. Mariah's voice will never sound as full and rich as it did back then. I believe her music style has changed partly to fit the voice she has now. Sure, she still has that amazing whistle, but that velvety fullness is no longer there, that power. She needs to go epic again, like she did with Daydream, or do some soul stuff that would be awesome!
