Guys.I am your paintt helper.hole the right ctrl tool and the numarol pad + and - not the numurl row.Also hold shift with the pen tool to make stright lines and diagnal lines.To turn on transparency theres two oxes at the bottom of tools click the bottom one.WOLA transparent.Hold shift while draqging to make a wierd layer where the thing you draging was.

You can usually turn half of your keyboard into a numberpad. Look next to SHIFT and CTRL - do you have a key that says FN? If so, hold it and look around your F-keys for one that says NumPad, or a calculator symbol. Press that while holding FN and it should turn on your numpad. Look on 7890, UIOP, JKL;, and M,./ - they are the usual ones that are used for the pad. Otherwise, it's easy to get a cheap USB numberpad that will work.
