Gamma Ray are IN FACT what remains of the 80's metal, these are 80's musichans, not many other bands can say the same about that... many bands remain, many changed their style throug the years, usually in something more "POPular"...

Gamma Ray are always the same, a bit "stronger" than Helloween, since that's part of what Hansen wanted when he leaved, and he became one of the Very best. I'm a proud fan and finally after years they're getting some Fame.Best lyrics, best music, they deserve it all.

Gamma Ray in drop D? that's a first. I just got this album now listening for the first time, wonder if there are any others on this album in drop D. The only other song I know of theirs in a drop tuning is Heart Of The Unicorn and that is Drop C# or D Flat, because they normally tune to E flat(starting with SOIS, the first 4 albums are E Standard) so dropping the E makes it Drop D Flat or C#

There are no idiots here :) This song is written by Dan Zimmerman, who's the drummer and main composer also in Freedom Call until last studio album. Then is possible that some songs could sound similar, that's it, in my opinion...
