  • This series is very useful.

  • In my serving motion, I think I fully transfer weight onto my right side at the bottom of the knee bend, and then pump up and forward using my right leg. In other instruction, I see advice to pump up evenly using both legs. Which is correct?

  • Most of the weight is transferred from the right leg, but you want to use both legs to get the most vertical acceleration as possible.

  • You give the best "how to serve lesson and drill" I have ever seen. My serve has improve so much since I stumbled upon your videos. What happens to the video that shows the progression from one legged serve to the two legged serve? That was the greatest and best serving instruction ever! Thank you!
