Wow this version is just as good, if not better than the original. YO-MI can SING her butt off!
The 90's were the greatest time in all of gaming history. The NES era was the beginning, or rather, the lead up to the PEAK of gaming greatness, which was the SNES/Genesis/PSX/N64/Saturn era.
Those years will be greatly missed, but at least the games, like this song, are the dream that will never die.
No words or tears can describe how much the games of the 90's mean to us hardcore gamers. MERCY!!
@nintygaming Don't underestimate the 80s in gaming history. And yes this is a very good version of this song, much better I think than the earlier version.

Suzu wasn't in the first game. She was made for the sole purpose of relating more to symphonia-- that's why she isn't in the first game, or this picture.
@Swotsy Not exactly. Suzu was in the first remake(and all versions after) for the PSX in 98. She was actually part of a pretty major sidequest in the original SFC game that they decided to make a required part of the future world arc since it wasn't as long as the past one. Symphonia wouldn't be around for another 5 years. Not to mention, "Fujibayashi" doesn't really mean she's related to Sheena unless their clan passes down the female last name instead of the male, it's never specified.
Fujibayashi is probably something Symphonia did to relate to Phantasia (since it is a prequel to it (excluding that stupid Wii game that screws everything up)). However, I believe the reason Suzu was given that last name is due to the singer of this song, Shoko Fujibayashi. Whether not that's true is up for debate, but I do not recall her having a last name in the SFC version. Since the PSX version has an alternative version, it may be a tribute to the original song.
@Swotsy That is partially my opinion, but most Tales fans pretty much hate the Symphonia sequel on the principle that Symphonia didn't need a sequel. Since Symphonia is supposed to be a prequel to Phantasia already, the way Symphonia 2's plot unfolds literally says "F*** you" to any continuity the two games should have had. But that's why it's not an official Tales game.
hey there, I've made a remix of this song for Tales fans, please check it out and let me know how you like it!
