those are great jams but i just dont like tejano style......my respects to the music and their followers but it doesnt have that vibe that norteño has. all the "arreglos" that they put into the accordion navigates you away from the actual song. an accordion, like any instrument, is supposed flow with the song and have the same beat/rhythm creating the impression that the instrument is singing it as well.

thats def not true....look at the worlds most popular genras...rock-lead guitar....blues-harp...jazz-sa­x/trumpet/piano....u could go into a very elaborate list explaining and showing how these instruments are not only played to the fullest but specifically emphasized to create the genras unique sound. we simply took the instrument a step further than its traditional roots.

What happened to this trademark sound and style of music that Jaime use to live for. His music is still okay, but not great like back in the day when he was with Juan P. Moreno. I say he should get Juan P. Moreno to play with him in a reunion tour. I would pay 100.00 to see that. I'm sure the rest of chamacomania would also appreciate it. I still love Jiame...though. I'm a loyal fan no matter what.
