Proprio oggi ho terminato la lettura de "E' la montagna che chiama"! Concordo con elliot6900. La vita ci da la possibilità di fare delle scelte per viverla appieno! I've just returned from a visit to Nanga Parbat and the villagers said Unterkircher was full of doom the night before he died. According to many I spoke to, he had said that he wouldn't be coming back and that it was his last supper. Whether this is true or not I don't know, but the villagers see many foreigners die on Nanga Parbat and I can't think why they'd make it up. He certainly attempted a suicidal route, as testified to by the comparitively low altitude he died at.
