Haha. You are wrong! It is called a "ghost jump". There is no such thing as a "ledge ghost" or "ghost ledge".

At 0:17 its actually easier to use the wall to jump up, all you do is run at the wall, about 4-5 steps before you hit the wall jump at it an hold crouch, when you hit the top of the blue wall release crouch an jump again and you should clear the wall. At :17 where he is shooting the wall, There is a jump where you ghost jump off that wall.
