@19caplin82 True eh. They are changing everything to try and put up the property values and stuff. That whole plaza is different than when it started. Same with places like Scarborough Town, they are adding all the condos to try and make the areas nicer I suppose.

That Walmart is Morningisde and the 401, it's really only a block south from "Malvern." I would still call the area Malvern and I guess south of Sheppard Morningside as a sub section.
