We've been with the lawyers for a few days now. We're taking this one step at a time and on 2 fronts.

a) Get the media to take responsibility or provide a valid reason for endangering people and promoting Fanatical propaganda. Getting them to admit to the screw up.

b) The minute responsibility is ascertained through this PIL - we have already paved the way for the family members of people that lost their lives, the public at large and the Judiciary to then move this to the next level.

CNNs irresponsibility allowed the terrorists to capture and kill people who'd have otherwise survived this ordeal. While I hate the Indian media for the skining pile of shit it has become, I don't make it a point to fellate the equally flawed American media either.

I have respect for the BBC, no doubt about that, but I can understand why you tend to fellate crap like CNN. Maybe that also explains your patently false accent.

By the way CNN, your beacon of "responsible reportage", happened to compromise the lives of several foreign nationals trapped in the Hotel, by broadcasting live images of their exact position. This was confirmed by a British hostage. The terrorsts holed up in Nariman House were watching CNN's live feed and relaying the exact position of the people whom the terrorists had missed to the terrorists over their radios.

All of them without exception were bad. the worst was NDTV and TimesNow. The former stooped to emotional melodrama while the later jumped into war-mongering.

The lowest points were - Sohail Seth and his rant on Times Now, Barkha Datt repeatedly asking people "how they felt" and Simi Grewal accusing the residents of Mumbai's slums of flying Pakistani flags.

a) That it's ONLY countries that have their own serious problems that are the breeding ground for terrorist activities in other countries. You don't see Germany or France running terrorist camps now do you?
