The site is in German & it r e quires you to download bittorrent or a torrent program to download the song. f y i. use google chrome or a page translator to translate the page if you can not re ad it. would have been nice if the uploader mentioned that in the description
@DeadFrontierZN2012 I'm sorry to hear that. But there are some things I want to make clear:
First you don't need chrome for any translations. There is a flag on the top right corner of that site where you can select your desired language.
There is no need to have a torrent client if you want to download the single tracks. If you want to download a complete album then you need a torrent client to do so.
I changed the link and it should lead you to the english page immediately. Thanks
Thanks! I see the flag now. And yes I did try to download the album at 1st. But my bit torrent is on my other pc. Thanks for the reply & thanks for sharing. I am a huge f an of using epic music in my videos & my ipod has like 12 gb of all epic music. It is just too epic to not have=D Thanks friend
There are few songs that give me that chill growing feeling inside and make me imagine epic battles and wars, revolutions, uprisings, intense scenes, last hopes, hero and evil. Your song does that. Great Job!
@kingdomheartsruler22 well this piece includes both because it's a battle music. Maybe you should check out my other videos. there are some more dark toned pieces to be found there.
@mdtmusic He's not speaking of battle music. He's speaking of theme music. A hero might have theme music similar to this while a villain might have a darker feel to it. Darth Vader for example. You seem talented enough for it, I have no doubt. Either way, just thought I'd add my 2 cents.
@mdtmusic Oh ok. man i keep hearing about that i need to get it. What did you mix and master it on? And what kind of soundcard do you have? Like how did you make it sound so thick crisp and authentic sounding....or does East West Orchestra just sound like that
@InTACTProduction I'm using Cubase 4. Most of the east west stuff sounds pretty nice out of the box but I like to tweak it a bit with eq, limiters, etc.
@mdtmusic Oh ok. man i keep hearing about that i need to get it. What did you mix and master it on? And what kind of soundcard do you have? Like how did you make it sound so thick crisp and authentic sounding....or does East West Orchestra just sound like that
this is such a great soundtrack!!! wow...just amazing! Hey can I have permission to use this for a football documentary I'm in the process of editing? If u can, could u upload or send me a better quality mp3 of this soundteack and we'll surely credit you when it comes out...thanks
@2010yearofLP Thanks :) Well as long as it is a non profit documentary feel free to use it. You can download this track here: w w w . jamendo.com/de/album/56298
@mdtmusic Is it easy to use for begginers? if not can you tell me what program would be good to use? I am planning to create a piece but I am a complete begginner :)
@Mintymadam Well it is I would say. It depends on what kind of a beginner you are. If you haven't worked with midi or a sequencer before you sure need to read a lot in the beginning. I started with a software called "Reason" to learn some basic. It contains quite a lot of instruments to use too.
Wow ! I first thought this was a original soundtrack of the Game "Lost Planet 2". I played this game and there is a soundtrack which almost sound same !. really good work
My jaw is on the floor. What great talents are here on YT!!! It is a Hans Zimmer quality work! 5* Totally professional and well composed, built up. This is MUSIC. ART and WORTH.
I love the mixture of sounds. Like around 3:40 where there is an underlying melody in some of the strings that is almost joyful, and on top of it there is a much darker tone being played. It's kind of like the hero stands up, and the final battle begins. The for the last minute or so it slowly comes to a resolve, with more joyous melodies and tones. Well done. :)
@mdtmusic It comes from the love for music. :) In fact I have often listened to this while writing or brainstorming about an epic battle, and I always here that one part and know exactly what needs to happen there. I only wish I was any good at writing music. Keep up the good work.
@mdtmusic when i write my book, i often listen to this piece along with setting sails- another one of your great pieces. it allows me to picture events and increases my imagination. thank you
@mdtmusic if i could ask, maybe you dont want to give away your art for free but think about it first, would you upload your music onto beemp3.com therefor i can download it and have it for travelling?
mdt bro you make some legit stuff i was wondering if u could make an intro for my band to play live before we walk on stage ? i would love to work with you!
i enjoy this kind of music.. i've always liked to listen to music like this when i do homework, clean, or just sit around reading.. but yes this is a great peice .. keep up the good work
It's a 7 minute long piece of music so I don't know which part of it you mean exactly. But for the chords in general there is no real standard solution for the sound I think. Try to experience a bit with half tone steps...they do the magic in most cases.
Hey skaterpunk.. you dont need to think outside the box.. just build tension.. which means establish your tonic chord and then stay away from it for a while.. come back and build some more tension..
Well actually I did score some movies and shortfilms. The "problem" is that I can't show those movies here on YT most of the time because I only own the rights on the music and not the movie itself.
Amazing song. Great work. The percussion is awesome. I can't say enough good things about this. I can't really think of anything you could improve on. It's just so good. At 3:46 it sound very Chronicles of Narnia-ish.
really nice work... the sections blend really well... nice contrasting sections like listening to a story... great job with the percussion also... very cool man..
