Hello.

I am Japanese.

The shoulder of the slowness of 1:00 is slow.

A slow shoulder is famously slow in FreeStyler in Japan.

The disk is gripped, and it throws out from the shoulder forward as usual. Air Burns hangs when the disk is not released as much as possible, and it twists it in the direction of the thumb ..on...

Please practice many times until the knack is gripped.
