a friend of mine fell of a boardwalk section on the north face trail in grizedale forest and was submerged under water last november... it was hilarious but once we'd finished the trail, his feet had turned a horrible shade of purple/blue.

I've fell of when it was freazin cold and I went over the handle bars straight on my back I was socked and stank of mouldy mud... O well part of the fun. Good vid btw 5 star!!

My first visit was last friday and I didn;t have enough speed, should have gone left instead of the skinny straight I guess. A bit wierd though, diversions from the main area led me almost straight to section 7, where's 1 - 6 ?
