  • Hey, you look like a normal, healthy, athletic 15 year old kid. Don't overdo it. Eat right, do basic workouts, even do basic weight training and gym work, participate in sports, and the muscles will grow naturally. Just don't overdo it.

  • You're doing good considering it looks like you're doing most of your training on your own. Careful about stunting your growth though man I started lifting around your age and I haven't grown more than an inch (in height, you perverted bastards on youtube) since then. I'm in wrestling too, and it looks like you're focusing too much on mirror muscles. You know, bisceps, abs, pecs, the usual. What really matters is working on you core and strengthening your whole body. You're getting there though.
