  • does it matter the size of image or type of preset it is when you start?

  • @eebstatic To answer this simply, use preset "Web". Also dimensions are really based upon the screen resolutions most commonly view your web page. I personally use width 980px and 700px height, of course height can be set to anything for longer websites. I feel 980px works in 90% of the resolutions out there, no issues so far. Also looks great on iphones and ipads.

  • @DjValentynoVEVO There are many ways, one is exporting all images as .pngs and hand coding it in "DreamWeaver" or you could use WebPaper.co <- a website to drag and drop images where ever you wish to place them. You could also slice the template with your slice tool within photoshop or illustrator and save image and html into a folder. This would create tables though, tables are not very flexible and is not good practice.
