Ebi may still need lyrics for many people to understand her English, but she's one of the more understandable UTAUs. UTAU was never meant for English, so most UTAUs still require lyrics to be on the video for people to understand them.

But still, if you want gurgling, look up some videos by the Vocaloid LOLA. There's your gurgle. And that's PRO voice synth software meant specifically for English.
