look im into all gaming systems and people say zelda games and mario games are for kids then why on halo and call of duty and games like that why are there so many kids,

yeah it's weird isn't it? They say that mario and zelda are for kids, however many kids don't want to play em'. I really believe it's the mentality that's been implanted in the kids mind. The kids think that if they play these so called "mature" titles, then they'll be grown up.

I feel like Videogames are just another form of entertainment, like music or movies. It isn't something that should be seen as childish. Look at a lot of pixar movies for example, they might seem like they are for kids but they are very much for adults as well. It would be hard to argue that movies like Toy Story 3 and Wall-E are only for kids and not meant for older people to watch. You make a good point here, the more immature gamers are the ones that only play games because of an M rating.
