The Reimu song (don't know the japanese title, sry) is awsome. I have never seen the seen the anime (or is it just a manga?) but wow, that music is awesome. Way better than karamelldansen :)

Anyhow, 'cept for a bit choppy animation compared to the original, this looks rather good... Btw, you could let Reimu's skirt drop a bit. I feel like a pervert watching this X)

Japanese and English are both blends of various languages at this point.

Even American and Brittish are so different people struggle to understand each other verbally. Then the Brittish verse the Scottish and Irish show just how confusing a short distance can hold.

Japan it's self is a bit like the UK. Some times an hour away is hard for someone to understand the dialect.

But over all.. English & Japanese are blending with other languages.

I think both Eastern culture and Western culture need to try a bit better when mixing the languages. The whole 'kawaii' thing makes people look uneducated while the whole 'let's put random English words in songs' thing is overrated. Also, for those saying they at least use the words right, let's remember Lucky Star's opening. The ending line is "汗々で透けたら Darlin' darlin' A M U S E!" Which roughly translates to: "If you can see our sweat through 'em darlin' darling be AMUSED!"

I say the people that flame others for using a few Japanese words in their English are the truly stupid ones. I mean the Japanese use English words with their Japanese all the time. And no, that's not just in anime they really do.

Japanese language uses english words in their katakana as an adaption, or lent words from various kinds of language. They do use english BUT they use the correct way of using it.

These people on the other hand, are using WORDS, which arent able to construct it grammatically in any way. Not to mention the non-usage of kana. If you show a sentence to a japanese guy with the use of alphabets, they will be totally confused because a word has multiple meanins which they take out from kanji.

Being a half-Japanese and do not being able to speak/read/write japanese does not make you different from the rest. If you felt offended or anything, then do something about it. it only takes about 2-5 years of serious studying to learn the language(Excluding the origins)

If you dont wanna learn it but get some words out of it, Anime wont give you any good. Learn simple survival phrases and grade 1/2 kanji and everything should fall in the place.
