  • @schneil Yup, that's Fac 51.

  • as all u had to be there kinda get every person ive talked to since it relates to the mind of what u dropped but far more we all so so wanted something bigger and we found it thousads of people just wanting a better time going out there and partying for 2 days or 3 with the god damn good extasy and a want to party love you people those were good times always see those that shine i did and had 8 years of gold because i saw the people from manchester cheesy but its true xx

  • It honestly doesn't get any better than this. I was 12 in '90. I mowed lawns & washed cars to get the comp this was on. Went into Woolworth's a month later with me cash....It had gone! Now you can get anything online but back then it was a bit different. I got a keyboard for xmas that year and the first thing i learnt to play by ear was the piano break from this tune. 2 years ago i bought the original 12" in a charity shop for 50p. Unbelievable! I'll never tire of hearing it.

  • this is the dream, this is the reality, this is the sound of Hardcore Uproar!! Ayr Ice rink, 1990, 21 years ago i had the pleasure to experience Together live!

One of my best experiences!! Can yoou feeel iit?!!!

  • bleeps + lsd = :D damn im 38 and what memories this tune brings back to me... still gives me goosebumps

  • Video is the Haçienda. It must be built......

  • I am 38 now, and tunes like this transport you back, most songs/ artists today are trying too hard to get a message accross, 20 yrs ago it was just about the music and having a good time, no "hidden agenda", we could do with taking a long hard look at music from the past and learning from it...., only my humble opinion......... dib.

  • Just amazing tune!

  • an awful lot of you were apparently 'there' I don't remember seeing any of you. Also. Beckett, if you are about. Craig is home. Say hello :)

  • @Dreama1980 i started 1990. and my first one was a new yorker! cost me 25 quid!! if i can remember right. but when they bloody snowballs came out 93 and 95 way. they were some thing else!! the only bad side of them you couldnt really dance on them or even walk on them or even see ha ha. and people who have had them would no what i mean!! they had very high content of mda in them. very trippy ha ha. good times.

  • @leigh1900 yeh looks like it has to be left in history mate - anything thats costs a quid aint mdma lol

  • I haven't heard this since I was about 15, thanks for reminding me of this.

  • This tune still gives me the f'kin shivers, the hairs standing up as slow malanky lizards crawl up and down my spine..... come on now people, lets have it.

  • Everytime I hear this tune, with out fail the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end, like m4arty43 agreed what a tune and a time and place that was epic, rave music even had MP's panicing and creating new laws....when did steps or the Nu rave shyte cause a commotion like that...simply it did'nt as Old Skool was a way of life at the time....I'm still into my aircooled VW's 20 years down the line and still loving it when the DJ's at the big weekend shows drop tunes like this in the marquee...x

  • Anybody fancy taking a jog back to the early nineties with me. Brings back so many memories, guess i'm already there, wo, feels good man.

  • the piano riff sounds like the pet shop boys in the night 95 mix AT 2 .40

  • One of these guys was killed in a bike crash on Ibiza not long after this track came out. Sad, but a track as awesome as this will definitely life forever.

  • Superb

  • great tune...!!!!

  • @sustanonsandwich your way to young to appreciate how the Hacienda was in its prime! so stop jumpin on people who know what there talkin about!! bet you never even went!!!...read about it in a fuckin book and keep ya bullshit comments to yaself!! Tosser!

  • @mudman1881 Erm ok dude....THE PLACE WAS A SHITHOLE if i know that then i must have been in there at least once!!!

Obviously you like the SHITHOLE and that’s great.. And feel free to add wonderful comments about said SHITHOLE but I am free to add my comments about the SHITHOLE. I’m glad the place shut down..i remember when guys broke in there to have a little rave of their own after the place had closed down...ha-ha I laughed so much at this pathetic gesture it was really funny

  • @sustanonsandwich Your glad the place shut down? Thats the most bollocks comment i've ever heard. If it had been left upto spiteful bastards like you there would never have been a Hacienda, therefore no Stone Roses, no Happy Mondays, no New Order, No 808 State no Madchester scene that quickly spread nationwide, and no memories that people of my age and older can call the "best days of our lives". But I guess you would've liked that would'nt you?

    Ya miserable fuck!!

  • @mudman1881 Dude you’ve got me all wrong,i loved raves maxims Wigan pier. the world....bowlers...kinetic.....mr smiths, and i remember seeing happy Mondays, oasis and such like at other venues...let me ask you this...why did the hacienda get shut down, if you don’t know...read the book GANG WARS....and that was my problem with the hacienda......it would have been a blinding club if it wasn’t for all the wanna be gangstas. ...im glad that you liked it and had some of the best days of your lives’

  • @sustanonsandwich It WAS a blinding club despite all the protection rackets and gang shit that was going on at the time. It was targeted by these gangs because of how successful it was (yes I have read that book several times). Anyway, we all have our opinions and as much as I don't agree with yours, you are entitled to it. Take it easy ;)

  • @mudman1881 you to m8ty.......sorry if i seemed a dick in my response!!

  • @sustanonsandwich

You were never part of the scene, not possible.

  • oh how i love

  • yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..............back in de day:)

  • The summer of 1990, what a fucking time to be in Manchester!! Even then we knew we were goin down in history!!!

  • @mudman1881 U R so right !!!!!! Was a bangin time man...:o)

  • @chaddy274

Your wrong mate, video was shot at warehouse in Blackburn and I was there, they took there name from what we called the raves we put on.

  • WORD!

  • The best version of this classic tune.look what tynchy twat head did to that olive track.its fucking disgraceful

  • The greatest rave tune from the greatest period of rave. End of. Late 80's/early 90's, it was the best. Law had no idea, pills £20, but 1 took u away for 8 hours and this was the standard of music. I'd go back like a shot, no question.

  • @sepp1991 ... wot gets me every time is how good this stuff sounds 20+ years on, I'm proud to have been one of the pioneers, creating the rave scene and making up the rules as we went along... as the classic song once said 'Ladies & Gentlemen, you're all a part of history' (messiah .. there is no law)

  • @sepp1991 know wot u mean would go back right now
