It really doesnt take much talent to make beats anymore :-( I'm not saying your beats are good yours are very good and actually require some talent. I just remember back when I made beat I'd have to use preset sound on a synth or keyboard go through and manually loop them and actually write synth lines. No quantizing, No arpeggios, no (good) midi, nada. just me a few keyboards, occasionally a drum pad, and what ever software you'd like. No FL studio, Reason, acid pro, etc...

@x9x9x9x9x9 We also had to use rack mount equipment such as compressors, gates, pre-amps, EQ's, etc... When I first started making music computers were not even really used. We had to go straight to the reels or tape. But this was in the mid 90's before you were even born. Wow. Technology has done so much evil to music.
