Not everyone eats poultry on Christmas. Christmas Eve my hubby and I have ham, and Christmas Day I make lasagna. This is something my family has done since I was young. ( we are part Italian) Only with in the last few years do I make a turkey for New years Eve, So b/t all those left overs, and some frozen, it makes cooking in Jan. easy.
