@Music2Rox Just look at the video =P The humans tend to help a lot when it comes to hunger, so hang out under water for a bit and make sure to grab power ups, then jump straight out and eat them. Health wise, look for power ups and lay low for a bit while regenerating. Air should be self explanatory =P
