it depends on what your high on, but most of these movements are in your muscle memory, and you kinda get tunnel vision when you perform so tunnel vision mixed with something like pot can allow you zone out and just let the danceing flow.

and an example of how much you can zone out while spinning is that you can spin blindfolded just as well even if youve never tryed it blindfolded before ;)
