  • Also you dnt have to use alot of cinnamon. If using the sticks 2or 3 max and the powder a couple of taps from the bottle. And if you have any left over just strain it

Add honey and drink like a tea. Good for regulating blood sugar. And if your trying to lose weight, it helps curb you off of sweets. ( it worked for me)

  • Part 2 dont rub too hard just nice and even. Pay special attention to your edeges.

  • Cinnamon is very strong, so here is a better way to use cinnamon, if you are new to this or if you have sensitive skin. ( sensitive skin can also include your scalp) take either cinnamon powder or the sticks, and put it in a pot of water to boil. Boil until the water is very dark, then strain with a strainer. Let the cinnamon water cool then use as a final rinse or before your final rinse. You will have strong growing hair. make sure when you pour this on your head you massage your scalp

  • @hotttapeppa Thanks so much for the information on how to use cinnamon I really appreciate it...Thanks for watching :)

  • @Msape101 Thanks so much! :-)

  • I also heard lavendar oil but it has to be deluded with a carrier oil such as olive oil.

  • @wishywashygirl19 Thanks for the tip! :)

  • You have to be careful with ALL essential oils. If you don't dilute them properly, you'll most likely irritate your skin or burn yourself. (a comment to mrsketurah07). Most oils (including cinnamon leaf oil) are safe, as long as you use a strong carrier oil with them.

  • @Jaquitita Thanks so much for your postive feedback :-)

  • @FrontLaceLady My pleasure :) I still haven't found any use for Cinnamon Oil, though. I use peppermint oil to keep my hair moisturized and tea tree for my skin. I do love the smell though LOL.

  • @Jaquitita I never used cinnamon oil just the pwdr, I like peppermint oil for the stimulation on my scalp. Tea tree oil is nice too just has a really strong smell, thats why I only use about 2 drops in my hair concoctions.

  • How did this work on your hair line?

  • @2damnfunny I really cant say because I stopped using it...I received a comment from a YT'er who said she got burned using cinnamon so I haven't use it siince then. Thanks for asking :)
