This video only has a rating to view count ratio of 293:1.

Although most people don't rate videos, at least 1 in 20 to about 1 in 50 people usually do. Meaning videos that people are actually watching tend to get a rating:view count ratio of around 20:1 or 50:1.

The fact that this vid only has 293:1 & that more than 15,000 of the viewers didn't rate or comment, shows that nobody is really watching this vid.
