Yes! I have printed out your flash-point version of this and find your analysis of all this phenomenal! Now, you clearly state that caffeine is not recommended, yet - I attain my Catechins, Polyphenols, EGCG and theanine in a certain Tea Leaf renown for them all... What is your take on this? Would Caffeine be exceptional for this considering I will take it at the opportune time, four hours after sleep.
I thought this was going to be about Latter Day Saints lol.
I take aniracetam and choline and it makes me have wonderful dreams. I hadn't succeeded to lucid dream after trying very hard for about a year, and the very night I started taking aniracetam I had about 3 separate ones in one night.
Vitamin B12 helps with dreaming consciousness by the release of Histamine. You can take a supplement called L-Histadine and B12 together to improve consciousness. Sometimes I take L-Histadine alone at WBTB with good results. Before you take L-Histadine you need to make sure it's safe.
Without LDS, hows your sleep after a WBTB session? You are taking the LDS after 4.5 hours of sleep, true? You can try a few variations. 1. Get up after 3 hours, take the LDS and do WBTB. 2. Take 25mg DHEA before bed. 3. Wake after 4 hours, take the LDS and immediately go back to sleep (no WBTB). Also, no TV or alcohol at least 2 hours before bed. Both activities degrade your memory or distort your brain alpha-waves in a way that interferes with REM dreaming.
Usually I take the LDS after 3-4 hours, but I tried 3 hours and 4.5 hours many times (also 5 hours and 2 and whatnot...) . I tried "variation 3" many times, I either wake up when the G levels are geting high, or just have less vivid dreams.... I do have higher EILD odds this way... Absolutely no drugs or alcohol for the past 4 years! and I don't watch TV before bed... (about DHEA in next msg)
I actually never tried it (Yuschak doesn't talk about it in his book) - I now read a bit about it and it's very interesting!!! I'll buy a bottle ASAP.. .However, I read that it helps with late morning insomnia, and I have the opposite kind of insomnia, that is, normally it's hard for me to fall asleep, but once I do, it's very easy for me to stay asleep for many hours... what do you make of this??? Thanks again!!!
DHEA in the late morning is what keeps you asleep. It also helps you to fall back to sleep. Melatonin at WBTB will not work to help you get back to sleep. Usually at that time natural Melatonin levels are falling and DHEA levels rising. Give DHEA a try at the start of WBTB as it takes about 2.5 hours to peak. Most brands are similar, but some are cheaper. Get them in 25mg tablet sizes.
Have you tried Huperzine-A at WBTB? It has a longer peak plasma time than G. To get any benefit from Huperzine-A you need to start with about 200mcg and move up. The capsules typically come in 50mcg doses which is too small to notice any effect on dreaming.
I did try Huperzine-A about 4 times at a WBTB. It does a similar effect as G on me, with slight differences... Still, no profound results.. And a 50mcg dose is a lot for me! I definitely feel it, and I have to "struggle" to fall asleep... my dreams are more pleasant though than on G. BTW, even when I WILD successfully (without LDS or with just L-theanine), I never get SP or vibrations etc. Maybe we can continue via Email? THANKS!
When I use 4mg Galanatamine, I can't fall asleep no matter what... so I gradually reduced the dosage to 0.25-0.5 mg (and it's still hard to fall asleep!). But I never get the sort of "transition" you and Yuschak are talking about... Instead, I go through a ~30 min phase of blurriness after which my dreams are much LESS vivid then without Galantamine... What am I missing?
No, I haven't tried it. I believe its hallucinogenic properties make it too unreliable as an LD supplement. Any supplement or herb that makes the mind too emotional or psychoactive is not good for LDing.
This is great, very informative and enlightening - educational. I highly recommend this video to anyone of whom wants to understand the neurological side of lucid dreaming - it is very interesting and informative!
Lame is what you call a crippled horse, not a video tutorial intended to teach you something new. If you disapprove of my intent to be thorough then go learn about LDS somewhere else, your choice. Or better yet do your own research and make a tutorial as I have.
i got choline bitartrate in britain from holland and barrett, thanks to reecejones. i don't see it as cheating. cool... i'll see what ones you're reccommending.
thanks for this i just purchased b6 and choline today. should i take them both at the same time? will that boost the chances of having more vivid dreams and the likeliness of having a lucid dream?
If you take B6 and Choline Bitartrate together start out with small dosages. Also, take it at WBTB, 4 to 5 hours after going to bed. Make sure to follow my suggestions in the LDS videos part 3 and 4. You should notice an improvement in dream vividness with the right dose of B6 and Choline. Your best improvement will be with Galantamine, so you should try to get it.
Thanks for your videos. Really great info! Hopefully Lucidity Institute will use some of your ideas. I think with our technology today the mask should only contain the sensors and LEDs. The rest should be on a separate device.
So would a cheap Vitamin B Complex from an 99p store prehaps work?

I see a bottle of vitamin b12 in the picture, but you didn't mention it in any of the groups. Can it assist in lucid dreaming? or is it unrelated?

It took you 5 minutes to tell people that the information that they're looking for is in part two.
That is so lame.
Just start with part two and delete this first part.
