You explained it very well and I'm marching in the studio to record it as is. At our school we record in the studio and then with a USB transfer it to the classrm comps. That then throws me off having to transfer it. Now what are the protocol for compression on something wth just 2 tracks, the first is the background music. I compress it at what settings? Assuming they are not presets.

@BranF37 no. you can do all that wid your headphones. even when your recording. you just cant hear YOURSELF when your recording. lol but you can hear the beat. cause this program called audacity lets you hear yourself when you are recording which is a pain in the booty hole lol cuz it throws you off.
