Matthew is a man who when he sings, he sings from the heart and he truely means it. The guitar in this concert was absolutely fonomenal and he does deserve the spot as one of the top 20 guitarists ever. As for Chris and Dominic, their skills are unmatched and create a true harmony to Muse. The overall sound of these three is Phenomenal

yeah by virtuoso guitar he means shred - the likes of john petrucci, michael romeo, joe satriani, steve vai etc. They arguably have no 'soul' in their guitar playing - while you'd want to be pretty dim to say Matt's solos have no soul...this particular solo reaches right into the heart, I find!

i believe a lot of old Petrucci solos and the ending solo on octavarium are beautiful, but petrucci does shred a lot. and steve and joe put a lot of feeling into their playing. Matt is veery emotinal as well. but at the same time, it depends on the song, tempo, meaning, etc. thats my 2 cents anyways. bottom line, this song makes me cry! :P
