Been pierced 25 times, Snug was definitely the most painful. Worst one to heal so far too.

Worth it though, its one of my favorites =D

I have quite a few piercings and this one did hurt the most. They dont heal easily- I have had mine done for a year now and it is still swolen and sore. Its totally worth it though.

Snug was the most painful piercing i've had so far (out of lobe, scaffolding, tragus and rook) simply because its harder for the needle to go through. But you kinda just get over the pain. I've only had mine 2 weeks and it doesn't hurt at all anymore.

Just got mine done today. Honestly, after reading everyone's comments about it I was expecting it to hurt a lot. But I barely felt it! I also have my rook done and thought that one hurt more. I am expecting it to be a bitch to heal though. I can feel it burning, but hopefully it won't be bad.

To those of you who are trying to clean it by taking it out, why? You should definitely leave it in, it's liable to begin closing up if you take it out, even if you've had it done for a few weeks.

i just got this today. i didnt flinch or anything, i hardly felt it at all. after the guy did it i asked him if he already did it lol. i already laid on it and it hurt a little. it didnt bleed at all! i was so proud of myself cus i cry when i get blood taken lol! i strongly recomend this piercing!

i have this, my tragus, my rook, and both cartilages on my ears. this one hurt by far the worst...i've had it for about a month and it's very slow to heal, it swells up quite a bit. i would still do it again though, it looks awesome!

It is more more painful to strech a cartilage piercing than get it pierced!

i would think the hollow needle would hurt less because it takes the skin and gristle in it's path out unlike a solid needle would just push the skin out've the way=alot of pressure and unnecessary pain so i would highly recommend a hollow needle :)
