why so many hating on bf3 saying bf2 is better? Not only is BF2 poorly balanced but it's wildly unstable and won't even run properly on Windows 7, so it's impossible to stick with BF2 out of some sort of nostalgia. Basically, Battlefield 3 is everything Battlefield 2 should have been, and considering how amazing Battlefield 2 was, that is pretty impressive.

That said, Kubra Dam would be MINT on Battlefield 3. As would Mashtuur City and Road to Jalalabad.

I remember playing BF2 with several of my family members, switching off with my dad as a little kid, and desperately trying to fly helicopters and jets, and the like. I went back and played a bit the other day, and I remembered Strike at Karkand almost instantly. This music hit me like a fucking ton of bricks. Thanks BF2, for all the good times.

This game is still played by millions, it's about 6th most played online behind WoW, COD2, COD4, Modern Warfare 2 and a couple others, but it is the best online multiplayer war game. COD is for noobs, run and shoot run and shoot, this game takes teamwork and there is a more definitive goal. This game will never die.
