LOL 4 million in the red. THIS IS VITAL TO THE COMMUNITY LOL.. and just to head off some of the LP kool aid drinkers, yeah the Council approves the funds for this jail, but your boys in blue are the ones running it (in the ground might I add). I invite you to meet me at the prison anytime, day or night and i'll pay you $100.00 for every city council member you can introduce me to in the booking room and any other part of the facility. I'd be running from this thing by retiring too LOL
