@Aaradarn It was relatively easy. The hard part was getting the old exhaust off. It did not come with O2 sensors but it does have a plug on it if you need to install one. My car is a '91 so it doesn't have an O2 sensor that far back on it to need to use the plug. Leveling the left side I simply loosened the collar that holds the pipe in place and adjusted it, then tightened it back.
@blizard0717 In total so far maybe $4700 in aftermarket parts but that includes everything I've bought over the years. Some of the things included in the aftermarket parts total are things that have broken or I don't use anymore. In repairs I've spent $1120 to replace the front body panels and right side door from 2 wrecks I had in '06. Complete total is $5820 I guess lol. This is my first car so I've had it for a long time. Been driving it since '02 or '03.

A stock Miata is a real pooch. Put a turbo on, and it's a tiger! Still sounds like hell though. A rice burner will always sound like a rice burner, even if it's fast.

It definitely stands out from other exhausts for miatas and has a nice deep tone to it at lower rpm's and it really wakes up at 4K+. Also the Borla has a 1 million mile warranty on it. Mine is still holding up well and hasn't started rusting yet. The Borla will probably have a smoother tone to it than the Flowmaster.

Yeah I used a hacksaw blade by itself and cut just inside the drawn line. Then I used a file and worked it down to where it needed to be. This way takes a long time but it keeps you from cutting too much off and it also makes the cuts smooth.

This sounds good man! and yes a miata will out turn a mustang any day, the mustang has the advantage in a straight line, but when it curves ill take the miata any day, and I actually own a 99 Mustang GT 35th anniversary addition with the tokico struts and Im actually looking to trade that baby in on a miata! the miatas are just as fun if not funner to drive, and they get way better gas mileage! miata = proper throwback to mid 60's British roadsters!

A man's car is a camaro or mustang? Please. Before I did any mods to my car I beat a camaro that had a head start on me. Sure I didn't blitz past but I passed him even with a passenger in my car. So your "man's" car isn't as quick as you might hope for. Camaro's and mustangs are heavy and slow and don't turn worth a damn. Sure they have power but it only leaves them at the starting line surrounded in tire smoke while the miata is already heading down the track. You noob, so naive.

taling about mustangs and miatas, I have one miata gt nc 2008 with 1G package, I was running last time against a new mustan gt on the high way of mexico then I start moving very fast with my miata at 120 mph between trailers and the guy behind me with a mustang try to do the same but he was unlucky with a heavy car and start roll over, I saw all with my mirror, so Mustangs doesn't have good stability, mit busted!!! Drive a mustang and then drive a miata!
I rebuilt the head and did a valve job on it, but I didn't cut them fancy or anything. I replaced the valve springs with Supertech performance valve springs with titanium retainers, Hondata intake manifold heat insulating gasket and running 18 degrees timing on 93 octane. Other stuff is the suspension with Jackson racing solid sway bars and Spax RSX adjustable coilovers. Chassis braces here and there.
The sport model. If you have a hard top or have the convertible up with the windows closed and zipped it's not bad but if you have the rear window unzipped or the top down/off it kinda wears on your hearing if you're taking long trips like more than an hour of highway driving. Like one time I drove from Cincinnati back to home which is about a 2 hour drive and I had the soft top up with the rear window open and my ears were ringing a bit when I got home which kinda surprised me.
