I know of no one who would deliberately get pregnant just to get an abortion.
Abortions happen for one of three reasons (to put it a bit simply).
1. Bad luck, and failed contraceptives, combined with lack of means or time to raise a kid.
2. Medical reasons.
3. pregnant as the result of rape.
It is not quite that simple, but trying to cover all angles would mean covering every single abortion.
