I agree, your grip is a cross between the french grip and match (or rock) grip, which combined would a create a french rock grip. And really,, who would want to hear rock in french?

But seriously dude, this is insane, but really, try to hold your stick correctly, first because ... No offense but that looks retard and then, because you're not able to do rolls with that kind of grip and you'll have more speed and accuracy with a Match Grip than that...

Also he can do fast rolls with this match, even when doing crossovers at amazing speed...

@xStargazer38x Yes, there's two correct ways, Traditional and Match Grip. They're not learned as basics for nothing, those the best grips you can have.

Here he's playing on a toy, but he couldn't play like that on a real drumset. He wouldn't have enough power, accuracy and speed. Moreover is that he that kind o holding could hurt him in the future.

Also he would be MORE better if he'd hold his stick properly.
