whats your exact meal plan for cutting in terms of what food youeat oneach meal and the timing between them, i am just abotu to start my first cut tommorow my bulk went well i went from 12 stone to 14 in 16 weeks and it was mostly muscle however i think i will find cutting a lot harder because my body seems to add muscle quick but im nto sure if i can loose fat easy

you should be taking at least 183 grams of protein or more if you can. for carbs i cant answer that because i dont know what u look like or how many grams you are already taking in. it doesnt matter what time you u eat ur carbs
