I have to say that I did NOT feel anything in my abs until I focused and concentrated on keeping my lower back flat against the ground. Seems like this is the key.
haha nice, I showed my phys Ed class this exercise and they were all mystified by the difficulty... This is a good one to do so that your abdominals are fired up before you move into squatting heavy weight .
