I always preffered the original version of Davros, as played by Michael Wisher and David Gooderson, as opposed to the later version played by Terry Molloy.

I just thought the original mask looked more menacing and evil, whereas the one worn by Molloy just looked goofy.

Loved the new version as worn by Julian Bleech as it was closer to the original. I hope he returns.

I met Terry Molloy who plays Davros on the suffolk show this year. he is so nice in real life and funny because when he was signing photo he told me one time during fliming the blue eye thing came off one all the time.:)

Micheal Wisher was perfect as Davros, he made his voice sound like the Daleks. I suppose Terry Malloy did a good job aswell cos you could argue that Davros had aged or somethin. But wtf were they thinkin when they casted David gooderson, he fuked the voice completely

Gallifrey01, it was not David's fault, you see that series was on a very low-budget thats why Davros wasn't that goopd, they used everything that michael wisher ahd(that didn't fit David) and no ring modulator, the Daleks were used from 5 years ago then lol, think watching an episode on Doctor Who where there was mistakes and not very good paint jobs yes those Daleks were 5 years old when Destiny Of The Daleks was filmed, don't blame David...lol

the first version was the best version... he was more craggly and dark purple/blue in mouth/eyes, later looks too smooth and plasticy and lost some of the folds in the face of earlier version.

I absolutly love Davros since i first saw him in Ressurection of the Daleks when i was 4 , and i would love to see him in series 4 next year , im actually writing a new series story with the Doctor and Martha called Doctor Who - Forbidden Return which is set a couple of decades after the story War of the Daleks and shows the return of Dalek Caan after he vanished in Evolution of the Daleks .

war of the daleks was a truely superb book! which even for davros haters i think worked well because it set him and the daleks as 2 seperate entaties! i really hope that they make reference to this book in the series if he returns! but i feel they wont! it wasnt very well recieved apparently :S!
