Wait a minute, I remember this farce. It was supposed to be the be-all, end-all of eroticism and exotica when in reality it was about as risque as an episode of Sailor Moon. Boring from the opening credits it was always drive-in fodder although I think its theme song was nominated for an Academy Award, lost, and went on to become standard elevator music. It has impact only because it is European, in the U.S. it would have been Ed Wood.
