If you watch the movies back to back (yes, Im a dorkus who has lol), you actually notice his lisp develop more distinctly, and then start to fade away.

Ive had to have speech theropy for both a slight lisp and a really bad stutter ... so perhaps it just stands out more to me, but he does, in fact, have a natural lisp in the cheeks (the kind of lisp that makes "ti" sounds into a "sh" sound.)
