Both ideologies didn't have inherently racism or any of that stuff in them. Both would be valid ideologies just as any other. It was the execution (pun intended) that had the flaws, and the persons behind the rest of it. I think people are missing that this is a "fan video". The creator was inspired to create this gripping video because of subjective feelings the song gave them. Saying "this isn't what the song means" gives you a very one dimensional viewpoint of art.

In regards to the history of the word, I looked up Fascism in an etymology dictionary. The word is Italian. First used for (and by) Benito Mussolini to describe his party. The word spread in usage, and was applied to countries of same ideologies, like Germany.

Fascism is fascismo, which is Italian. I then looked up Fascism in my Encyclopedia Britannica. It says Benito Mussolini took the name of his party from the Latin word fasces, which referred to a bundle of elm or birch rods as it was a symbol of penal authority in ancient Rome. He used it between the years 1919 and 1945.

Communism has killed more innocent people than Nazism any day of the week. Neither the Soviet Union nor Nazi Germany hold a candle to Modern China. In those two particular cases (WWII era Russia and Germany), fascism is fascism no matter how far right or left you are.

In the industrial scene in my country, freedom is something that is emphasized. Freedom for the artist to do as he wishes but also for the fans to do as they wish with the music. Fan interpretation is done through dance, home videos and song interpretation. Locke is to democracy as Karl Marx is to Communism. By both these definitions you have violated that freedom. Both ideologies didn't have inherently racism or any of that stuff in them. Both would be valid ideologies just as any other. It was the execution (pun intended) that had the flaws, and the persons behind the rest of it. Without certain persons in power in both of the ideologies and may I add Mussolini on fascist regime of Italy there wouldn't necessarily have been the massmurders involved. Maybe even the war wouldn't have started at all if it was different persons in charge.

you know communism, nazism, both of these ideologies killed people, and both oppressed intellectualism, and were therefore entirely run by idiots. So how about a system of government in which the main goal is to eliminate stupidity in government, technocracy, look it up.
