@GreenUpASSYRIA most of the Kurdish culture and civilization is in Iran. in fact you will find that the entire ancient history of Kurds are in western Iran which is claimed by the persians. many people have migrated to Kurdistan and we have settled with them and time and time again we have created empires and different kingdoms together. the oldest Kurds are those of northern Iraq, however many Kurds were once migrants.

now that we can talk like friends, i will admit to the fact that some of the most famous horseman and archers that served under Kurds were assyrians as they had better knowledge in those areas. however Mardin archers were good Kurdish archers and we did also have fine horse masters in the ancient world. all of which later became persian and history often fails to recognize these contributions because most of Medean history is shrouded in mystery as the didn't like recording history much.

@GreenUpASSYRIA i personally agree with an assyrian state independent of Iraq with its own security and self governing body. however there are two things that we have to be careful with. 1, we don't want it to by a puppet state, doing favors for other governments. 2 we don't want it to be built on a Kurdish population, because Kurds don't like being ruled by anyone else. it just benefits Turks and arabs as we will be fighting each other, which is wrong.
