@SonicRidder01 Saves a lot of damage when potential total def and prot provided by the armor without enchants is 11 def and 4 prot, or 9 def and 6 prot.
With smithed armor thats 2 defense. Totaled with other protective equipment thats easily enough defense to knock off 20 to 30 damage off every attack. Worth it.
Also, enchants can add some additional defense. But most people chose to use max damage enchants on their armors. Its worth it though.
my way to prof: goto a dungeon room (with a large ammount of mimics) get on horse ride to each mimic and click on them (while on horse)... get off of horse and they will keep hitting you
u will die faster if u get more than 2 i do this everyday but u can only get at least 10 prof for armor a day and make sure u have high rank deff and cm to make ur hp higher and deff to last longer for 160+ hp last for atleast 4hrs i think? but i do that 1 rat only.
@kitaek27 there is a better way, go into a room full of mimics, go on a mount and click on every mimic thats dormant, then desummon your pet and every mimic will atk you and u will be getting hit so often its rediculous, its much faster than rats, cause theres a roomful of like 9 or 10 mimics hitting u all at once.XD
@kitaek27 oh really? well haha suks to be the korean peeps XD cause thats truely the fastest way to prof armorXD, ik cause ingame im an armor profer for hire haha i can prof shields in a few hours, swords in about a week and armor i dunno cause i never reall tryed to prof armor i just upgrade it as it goes ^^
there is a better one.... find whole room of rats... have rank 5 music play get a peaceful scroll and play until you fail... lol every monster will target u in 20m radius

Im noticing a lot of the armor proffers talk about having great enchants or lots of HP.
...so what ever happened to just letting your pet spam heal on you and de-summon it guys?

it also helps if you use healer encahnts or good hp encahnts to increase health and prolog the inpending proing death.

Sure, but foxes don't like to attack like rats do.
They tend to hit you once and then run back and hit you later.
Its too slow in my opinion.
