It was always a treat to see the late Andre in the ring. Bruno Sammartino had some particularly and bloody feuds with Bobby Duncum. Great classic matchup!

I wish people would STFU about Pat Patterson... he was an awesome wrestler in CA, AWA and WWF. He had charisma. He had the same route as Jimmy Superfly Snuka... entered the WWF as a hated heel and became a loved fan favorite.....

@mdhotstuff fuckin a, bro... pat was a regular in the quebec territory based in montreal known as international wrestling back in the early 80's. easy commute to new york or philly from montreal. he was a hated heel, teaming with mad dog pierre lefebvre & wrestling in singles. that was my first territory, we had bravo, martel, the rougeaus, joe leduc, abdullah, andre, & many others... but patterson had that easy to hate persona along with in ring saavy, great matches. who cares if he's gay? myob

ken patera was a classic-too bad his drinking got the best of him! He was the All-American-not that his opponents or team partners were slouches. Pateras' shoo tinterview is a classic too- got to see it!

Patera & Duncum teamed up reguarly in the AWA for awhile as the Black and Blue Express.
