thumb is holding one side and finger is holding the other in the middle is where its stuck he holds the finger loop with his middle finger then puts his forefinger in the thumbs loop (2fingers in one loop 1 finger in the other loop) he lets go of the 1 finger. the rubber band snaps around the yellow one and by spreading the thumb and forefinger it catches the rubberband.

If it is a small scale professional (lets say birthday party) then they normally have their own ways of doing things and have their own tricks. If they are going online and looking up cool tricks to make money off of then they are wannabes and not professionals. If they can't make their own trick people shouldn't pay them. so no this isn't bad.
