From what I understand the only difference between the 'poids' and the Vocaloids is that the 'poids' are actual singers whereas Vocaloids are just voice actors/actresses.
Newest VOCALOID voiced by Megumi Nakajima, much like Gackpoid, voiced by Camui Gackt. It was released only a few days ago in Japan, and is already quite popular.

Shes a Vocaloid. Voiceroid can only TALK, not really sing. And only AHsoft has made any yet. And they're not very popular. =___=;;
I mean, I like them, but seriously. GUMI is a Vocaloid. She runs on Vocaloid software.
