Hey I have a question. I had an injury from bench pressing three months ago. It feels a little better every week but it hurts alot to even attempt to bench 90 pounds, I used to max out at 370. I can still do push ups without much problems although I wasn't able to until around the second month. Does it sound like I have a torn pec or a strained/sprained pec?

@BCDTHEHULK Yes you did. I tore both of my pecs. It takes a long time to be able to bench heavy again
