Honestly, I find it inedible in comparison to my semi-commercial machine. It's like McDonald's burger compared to Kobe beef, so not even 1/4 as good. Also, stepping up one at a time is much more expensive!
The crema on these looks digusting. I just had sample at C&B the other day and they went to the trash. If you cheat on making espresso, like you would with the Nespresso, you get a pale cheesy crema. Better to spend $1000 on Rancilio Silvia and Rocky. The results will blow this "espresso" away. I feel sorry for people who drink this and think it's good because they have no comparison.
@renix i plan on getting a silvia but i would rather step my way up to the semi-auto machines. if the "espresso" from the nespresso is half or a quarter as good then 10% of the price is worth it.
also, it's not 10% of the price...was it $100 for the nespresso?
