I know, there aren't that many voice actors in the anime market, so the same voices keep showing up again and again. Im getting really sick of hearing Jett Black from Bebop, and Motoko from Ghost in the Shell. That's partly why I won't watch English Dubbs anymore.

True, if you read the credits you will find that both versions use a fairly consistent stable supply of core voice actors, but even so in Japan they have a much larger talent pool, and unlike most english dubs, the same voice actor on the origional track of one anime series will not always sounds the same when he/she works on a different title. There will ofter be a (if subtle) change in inflection and vocal manerisms that make each character somewhat unique. You did realize that right?
