I saw the process on web but it is really difficult and so many things you have to download to disable S sense from htc incredible s. umm the battery life is great and the camcorder is really good as well and if u do not like the camcorder then ill teach you how to flash another camcorder format on it and me myself im a heavy user on my phone as well and i promise there has been no bugs no nothing it now boots up fast i rate it a 10 as of right now ..... so if you want i give u a runthrough on how to if your a little iffy about this
How's the performance? Do u notice any like and does it hog a lot of RAM when u arnt running any apps? Is there anything that does not work like the camera, camcorder, YouTube, or anything else u can think of? How bout battery life? I'm a heavy user
