I just cannot get into the excessive vibrato and then switching to head voice for the Ds and C#s... It just does not fit with the rest of the song.

This was a STUNNING performance. Alice Ripley was singular, sui generis. But Marin and Jason were vocally out of the park. God, what voices. I count myself lucky to have seen and heard both.

I feel like Alice Ripley was Diana completely. Those are hard shoes to fill, but I think as her replacement Marin brings a new and also good vibe. Alice will always be the queen for me though. Don't love the screaming though.
